Providing a 5 day training course

A gas company in a South East Asian country which was looking to start imports of LNG requested a 5 day training course covering all areas of the LNG business. Following discussions with the client, it was identified that the client was looking for an interactive course covering the full range of commercial issues in the LNG value chain and including some technical areas. In outline, the course covered:

The attendees of the course had various levels of proficiency on English and Bill had to adapt his teaching methods to take account of this. The course was well received with Bill receiving high satisfaction scores from those attending the course.

The list of items in this course can be adapted to form a shorter course or workshop or, if the client wishes, only a number of these subject areas can be used to create a course to meet specific customer requirements.
